What is Freedom Prayer?
Freedom Prayer is a guided, Spirit-led prayer session where we partner with the Holy Spirit to:
- Identify and replace lies with truth
- Release forgiveness and receive healing
- Break agreement with fear, shame, or past wounds
- Experience deeper connection with God’s presence
Each session is unique, because God knows exactly what your heart needs.What to Expect
Freedom Prayer sessions are:
- Private and confidential (with two leaders, in a small, safe setting)
- Led gently and at your pace
- Rooted in God’s love, not pressure

Season Bowers is a pastor, author, speaker, and Joy Bringer who is passionate about helping people experience the life-changing power of the good news. After more than 30 years as a professional performer, she followed God’s call into full-time ministry—bringing her love of storytelling, connection, and joy into every space she enters.Today, Season shares her message through her daily podcast, The Joy Bringer Podcast, her book The Joy Bringer Challenge, and speaking to audiences across the country. She is also the co-owner of Intrepid Nitro Coffee and Tea Bar in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she is deeply invested in building community, creating spaces of connection, and loving people well—both as a business owner and a local leader.Season also leads Freedom Prayer, a ministry devoted to helping people encounter God’s presence, experience deep healing, and step fully into the freedom they were created for.Season holds a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and is an ordained pastor in the Free Methodist Church.
